Extruder Experts is once again setting new standards with one of our latest machine retrofits. The retrofit involves the modernization of a process section in an existing extrusion line. The conversion has resulted in several significant improvements.

Small change - big effect.
The machine now has stable and efficient heating thanks to modern heating cartridges. In addition, intensive cooling has been significantly improved, resulting in increased efficiency of the entire process. The improved process control has led to an increase in throughput, which has increased our customer's production capacity.

Sustainable and resource-saving.
It is particularly noteworthy that existing components such as the drive, dosing and downstream equipment were used during the modernization, which not only conserves resources, but also enabled a more cost-effective modernization.
