Have you ever purchased something that has become more and more modern, sustainable and affordable over time? Does not exist? With Extruder Experts there is!

In one of our latest projects, we thought outside the box for our customer and modernized a complete process section including several pairs of screws. For this complex task, we developed a special design barrel with an inclined screw connection and a wear sleeve. The special feature: In case of wear, the sleeve can simply be exchanged for a new one.

The advantages are clear: the complex outer body has a longer life and is reusable, while only the worn part is replaced. This approach is not only much more sustainable, but also saves money!

Extruder Experts is not simply satisfied with the standard. We are constantly expanding our knowledge and are happy to develop innovative and customer-oriented solutions. This, of course, also satisfies our customer and we are pleased to be on hand as a competent partner and supplier for spare parts and complex machine rebuilds.
